I went from working a 9 to 5, to becoming an Entrepreneur, so that I could pursue her passion in helping to make a difference and add value to the lives of others. I dedicated seventeen years of past experience working in customer service.  Therefore, I understand customer expectations and will work diligently to deliver superior levels of services in meeting my client’s needs.

I have worked in various roles, including roles in leadership, that has helped to accrue the knowledge and expertise I have gained.  I am “client focused and results driven.”  I listen carefully to the needs of my clients before efficiently working to solve their problems and explain solutions.  I value my client’s, their time and giving me the opportunity to serve them. My intent is not only to service you with your insurance needs, but to also build trust and long-term relationships. I have a goal-oriented mind frame and I am committed and dependable.
